About This Retreat Experience with Midstay
TL;DV is a remote-first company whose AI meeting recorder helps distributed teams capture, transcribe, and summarize virtual calls.
To deepen connection beyond the screen and spark faster, more creative collaboration, co-founder Carlo brought the team together in Demre, Türkiye.
With Midstay supporting the full journey, from planning and balanced agendas (deep work + leisure) to seamless on-the-ground logistics, the team could focus on workshops, shared experiences, and getting to know the people behind the screens.
The result: stronger bonds, renewed energy, and smoother collaboration when they’re back remote.
