About This Team Retreat
After observing a decrease in employee engagement and productivity following management changes, Medic gathered over 90 employees for a seven-day corporate retreat in Penang, in collaboration with Midstay, to address the issue.
Medic is a global health-tech company, with 90+ employees across 14 countries and all time zones.
Thanks to Midstay’s experience and professional team, the retreat went smoothly, stress-free and filled with unforgettable memories, despite coinciding with the busiest time of the year.
Located right next to the beautiful Batu Ferringhi Beach, the team reconnected at the Shangri-La Golden Sands Hotel, had a fun time and shared unforgettable memories – including sunset drinks, Cooking Class, an Amazing Race, karaoke and a Farewell Gala Dinner.
