About this corporate retreat with Midstay
Intrinsic Digital partnered with Midstay a second time to bring their fully remote team together in Cancún, Mexico for a 4-day corporate retreat designed to strengthen relationships, encourage collaboration, and align on company goals for the year ahead.
As the digital marketing company is growing with team members working remotely in different locations, the leadership recognized the importance of creating in-person moments. This company retreat provided the space for team bonding, strategic thinking, and building relationships that are difficult to do online.
We hosted their retreat at our 5-star venue partner, Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa, and welcomed 50 participants for a carefully planned program combining workshops, team challenges, wellness activities, and social team bonding.
Throughout the week, the team took part in strategy sessions, competitive group activities, beach experiences, and memorable team dinners, creating an atmosphere where productivity and team bonding naturally reinforced each other.
