About This Team Retreat
Omni HR is a data driven software platform designed to streamline the end-to-end employee journey.
The company decided to work with Midstay to organise a retreat designed to strengthen team connections, encourage harmony, and create space for relaxation and fun.
Omni HR’s 40 international team members gathered on the Indonesian island of Bali for a 4-day holiday expertly organised by Midstay.
Held at Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali, the holiday offered a carefully balanced programme of light work sessions and unforgettable team experiences.
The programme included a wide range of activities, from snorkelling and ATV adventures to cooking classes and a Hawaiian-themed gala dinner.
