About This Team Retreat
Ntegrity partnered with Midstay to organize a meaningful and inspiring corporate retreat in Bali, Indonesia.
As a global digital agency helping non-profits expand their reach and impact, Ntegrity’s team works across borders, but often connects only online. To strengthen relationships and reinforce their mission of creating greater social impact, they turned to Midstay to design a retreat that balanced productivity, reflection, and fun.
Hosted at the beautiful Prama Sanur Beach Hotel, the 7-day retreat brought together 28 participants from around the world for a blend of co-working sessions, workshops, and rejuvenating activities.
Mornings began with sunrise yoga by the beach, followed by strategic alignment meetings and creative brainstorming sessions. Evenings were filled with cultural dinners, live performances, and a gala celebration that helped the team unwind and connect on a personal level.
Despite a few last-minute changes, Midstay managed the retreat seamlessly from start to finish, ensuring everything ran smoothly, allowing Ntegrity’s team to focus solely on collaboration, connection, and shared purpose.
