With over 10 years of experience in this sector, her meticulousness, warmth and attention to detail in providing guests with flawless experiences come together to create perfect retreats.

She was there every step of the way, from transferring guests to the hotel and organising team games to hosting scavenger hunt competitions in Phuket Old Town, visiting elephant sanctuaries, and holding authentic Thai cooking workshops.
