We understand your concern, but we’ve seen firsthand the positive impact that team retreats can have on team dynamics and productivity. Our retreats are designed to help teams connect and collaborate in a relaxed and inspiring setting, which can lead to better communication, increased motivation, and more innovative ideas. We also offer follow-up resources and coaching to ensure that the insights and connections made during the retreat translate into tangible improvements for your team.

In order to ensure availability and pricing accuracy, we recommend to our clients to pay at least 30 days before the starting date of the Team Retreat.

Our payment terms are as below:

• 50% = down payment at the signature of the contract (booking of the venues)
• 40% = 21 days before the starting date of the retreat (booking of the activities)
• 10% + any additional charges encountered (final balance) = within 2 weeks after the end of the retreat.

Since our curated villas and hotels are highly requested, we have a strict cancellation policy. Once paid, we cannot cancel. However, if you want to change the dates, we can postpone the booking to another period. We also accept some changes in the packages themselves, you can request to change some services (charges may occur)

Yes for sure! Midstay’s services are not limited to a certain country of departure. We can manage the flights for each of your team members and bring them to the retreat location, wherever they are.

We accept all major credit cards including American Express, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover & Diners, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Mastercard, and Visa.  Or by bank transfer from an invoice issued by Midstay with your company details.
