Handprint is a global company with 30 team members spread across 7 countries.

They recognize the importance of bonding and cooperation in achieving their annual planning goals. However, they faced the challenge of bringing their team together, which prompted them to seek a partner that could help them organize a team retreat that included a blend of learning, working, and team bonding activities.

That’s where Midstay stepped in and helped Handprint organize an exceptional team retreat in Bali that proved to be a resounding success.

The Itinerary

Upon their arrival in Bali, Handprint’s team was greeted by our team and transferred to their villa.

We carefully selected a villa with a beautiful view of the rice fields and equipped it with all the necessary facilities to ensure a comfortable and productive stay.

After settling in, the team was treated to a welcome dinner at a local restaurant, where they got to know each other and set the tone for the retreat.

Day 1: Annual Review and Goal Setting

The first full day of the retreat began with a morning yoga or meditation session followed by breakfast at the villa.
Then, the team dove into a full-day group workshop to review the previous year’s performance, set goals for the upcoming year, and improve team dynamics. We had designed this session to be both informative and interactive, with various exercises and activities to engage the team.

After lunch at a healthy restaurant, the team had some free time to explore the surrounding area or relax at the villa.

In the evening, they enjoyed sunset cocktails and dinner at a beachfront restaurant.

Day 2: Cultural Excursion and Internal Workshop

On the second day of the retreat, the team visited a local temple or cultural site to learn more about Balinese culture and history.

They then returned to the villa for breakfast before diving into a half-day group workshop to continue the annual planning and team bonding process.
