Are the packages customizable?
You bet! We understand every industry and business has different needs to keep running productively, therefore Midstay approach is to offer customize-able services and packages that meet your needs. Do I need to sign any contract to start using Midstay for Companies?
There are no contracts that you need to sign. Once you set your packages and make the payment, it means you agree with the terms and conditions of Midstay.
When should I pay my Team Retreat?
In order to ensure availability and pricing accuracy, we recommend to our clients to pay at least 30 days before the starting date of the Team Retreat.
Our payment terms are as below:
- 50% = down payment at the signature of the contract (booking of the venues)
- 40% = 21 days before the starting date of the retreat (booking of the activities)
- 10% + any additional charges encountered (final balance) = within 2 weeks after the end of the retreat.
Can I change my mind after the booking?
Since our curated villa-offices are highly requested, we have a strict cancellation policy. Once paid, we cannot cancel. However, if you want to change the dates, we can postpone the booking to another period. We also accept some changes in the packages themselves, you can request to change some services (charges may occur)
Are you supporting people coming from all over the world?
Yes for sure! Midstay’s services are not limited to a certain country of departure. We can manage the flights for each of your team members and bring them to the retreat location, wherever they are.
Which payment methods does Midstay accept?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover & Diners, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Mastercard, and Visa. Or by bank transfer from an invoice issued by Midstay with your company details.
