Yes for sure! Midstay’s services are not limited to a certain region. We can manage the relocation process wherever your company and/or employees are based on.

Can I set a different budget per level of seniority, role, and position?

Yes you can. Midstay is about flexibility! We can set up the package per each individual according to their contract and employee benefits.

Are the packages customizable?

You bet! We understand every industry and business fierce different challenges, goals, and request to keep running productively, therefore Midstay approach is to offer customize-able services and packages that meet your needs. Do I need to sign any contract to start using Midstay for Business?

There are no contracts that you need to sign. Once you set your packages and make the payment, it means you agree with the terms and conditions of Midstay. 

Can I upgrade/downgrade my packages?

Yes you can! Again, Midstay packages are fully customizable and flexible. You can do that by sending your request to max@mid-stay.com

Which payment methods does Midstay accept?

We accept all major credit cards including American Express, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover & Diners, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Mastercard, and Visa.  Or by bank transfer if you have a direct contact with our Sales team.

Are you only offering services in Bali?

Currently, yes. We plan to open new countries, starting next with Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Brazil, South Africa, and the Canaria Islands. To be among the first to know when we go live, you can subscribe to our company newsletter or contact our team directly to join the waiting list.

Do you have a mobile app on IOS and Android?

Not yet. We’ve made our interfaces secure and easy to navigate, even from a mobile browser. Our mobile applications are in the making and will be available shortly.

How many members do you have at the moment?

We have more than a thousand members around the globe, and the community keeps increasing every day.

Is Midstay only for digital nomads?

Not at all! We provide services to any remote worker who wants to relocate with ease. It doesn’t matter if you call yourself a digital nomad, expatriate, or slowmad. Midstay is a platform for anyone willing to stay productive while living abroad.

Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?

No! You can sign up and use the free Midstay features without entering your credit card details. You must pick a plan and enter your credit card details only to use our premium features.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

There’s no contract when you subscribe to a pay-as-you-go, month-to-month, or yearly plan. You can cancel your paid membership at any time without penalty.

What’s included in the Free Membership?

As a free member, you will get access to use our services, such as:

Can I terminate my account?

Absolutely, it’s the law. If you wish to terminate your account, you may request its deletion within your account management page. Upon requesting to delete the account, all content from that account will immediately become inaccessible.
