Absolutely! The Midstay team can help you organize a retreat anywhere in the world. In order to ensure availability and pricing accuracy, this is our usual payment terms:

• 60% = down payment at the signature of the contract (booking of the venues)
• 40% = 10 days before the starting date of the retreat (booking of the activities)

Since our curated hotels, resorts, and villas are highly requested, we have a strict cancellation policy. Once paid, we cannot cancel. However, if you want to change the dates, we can postpone the booking to another period. We also accept some changes in the packages themselves, you can request to change some services and activities (charges may occur)

Yes for sure! Midstay’s services are not limited to a certain country of departure. We can manage the flights for each of your team members and bring them to the retreat location, wherever they are.

For most cases, we issue an invoice with your company details and you can proceed with a bank transfer. In other cases, we also accept all major credit cards including American Express, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover & Diners, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Mastercard, and Visa. In addition to this, we can get paid in all major currencies.
