The team stayed at Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali which is a hotel located directly at the beachfront, providing modern amenities in a Balinese style.

What the Team Retreat Looked Like
To achieve Omni HR’s goals we crafted a customized 4-day itinerary combining light work, fun team building activities and time to relax. Here’s what the retreat looked like:
Day 1: Arrivals, Ice-breaker game and Welcome Dinner
The first team retreat day began with the team arriving in Bali and checking in to the Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Hotel. The team members got time to relax and settle in before participating in Beach Olympics in the afternoon. This was an ice breaker activity to start the retreat off right, designed to create friendly competition and interaction between team members from different regions. In the evening, the group headed to Bali Timbungan Restaurant for a delicious welcome dinner.
Day 2: Internal Work Sessions and Cooking Class Activity
The second day started with an optional beach walk at sunrise before breakfast. This is an ultimate opportunity for mental relaxation and casual chats with colleagues. The team then had an internal work session to align everyone on the company’s vision and strategic direction.
The lunch was served at the hotel’s restaurant which gave the team a chance to refuel and relax after the meeting. After this, they had free time to enjoy the facilities and unwind before the next activity: a team Cooking Class. This is a great moment for team members to share a hands-on experience that allows them to collaborate and communicate effectively with each other. The best part is that afterwards, the team gets to enjoy the dishes they have cooked together!
Day 3: Adventurous Activities and a Grand Finale
The third day was all about fun team activities. The day began with another optional morning beach walk followed by breakfast. Then it was time for two team activities: snorkeling in the waters of Benoa and an ATV ride through Ubud. These are both unique team experiences that are great to improve team spirit, unity and bonds in a fun setting.
The team then enjoyed a lunch break before it was time to head back to the hotel for some relaxation and getting ready for the evening. We hosted a Gala Dinner at Papa’s Restaurant with the dress code Hawaiian Casual. It was an evening filled with laughter and fun moments that wrapped up the retreat perfectly.
Day 4: Departure and Lasting Memories
The final day of the retreat included a last team breakfast before the participants headed off to the airport for departure.
