Ntegrity Retreated in Bali’s Magnificent Nature
Ntigrity is an organization that helps non-profit organizations reach more people in the digital world, thereby contributing to a sustainable future. They work with a global team that knows no boundaries in pursuit of goals beyond borders. We brought Ntegrity’s key employees from around the world together at this retreat, aiming not only to spend time together, but to clarify the company’s shared vision, strengthen team bonds, and promote learning and development. Thus, the main objective was to strengthen the team’s cohesion around its mission of “creating greater social impact”.
To achieve this goal, it was important to design a retreat tailored to the company’s specific structure, where co-working sessions and non-exhaustive team bonding activities were balanced and conducted in a combined manner.

What Ntegrity’s Team Retreat Looked Like?
For Ntegrity’s specific needs, we designed a Retreat where work sessions, learning and development were prioritised – team bonding took place through ice-breaking activities, and relaxation time was not overlooked.
The Retreat went as follows:
Day 1: Arrivals, Ice-Breaking Activities and Welcome Drink
On the first day of the team Retreat, after arriving at the airport, the team was transported to the hotel by shuttle. Following a warm welcome, the team was given time to rest and recover from their journey.
Welcome drinks were served to allow the team members to warm up to each other and chat. Then, icebreaker activities were held in the Hanuman Garden of the Prama Hotel to ensure the team members got well introduced to each other. After a splendid welcome dinner at Griya Santrian, the team returned to the hotel.
Day 2: A Team Breakfast, Internal Work Session and Delicious Dinner
The Ntegrity team began their second day at the Retreat with breakfast at Tirta Restaurant. Refreshed, they then set off for a co-working session in a space specially prepared to meet their specific needs. Following productive meetings and transformative discussions, they enjoyed lunch accompanied by pleasant conversation. After a second co-working session, aimed to strengthen motivation towards their common goals, the team returned to the hotel.
Participants got a chance to relax and chat while enjoying the hotel facilities. They then crowned this productive day with a fun team dinner.
Day 3: Internal Work Session and Activity at Ulam Ayu Sanur
After an early breakfast, the group proceeded to the working space. Participants completed their work sessions, noting that communication and consequently productivity increased day by day, thanks to the impact of the quality time spent together and the conversations held.
After enjoying the hotel’s facilities and rejuvenating themselves during their downtime, they were taken to the dining area to enjoy the magnificent cuisine of Ulam Ayu Sanur. After dinner, team-building activities were organised, allowing the team to laugh and have fun together, further strengthening the bonds between them.
Day 4: Wake-Up Yoga and Work Session
The fourth day of the Ntegrity’s Corporate Retreat started with a sunrise greeting. The team, energized by their early morning yoga class, had an amazing working session with clear minds and renewed energy. Delicious meals at lunchtime and in the evening were accompanied by warm conversations and laughter, helping them form deep bonds.
Day 5: Gym time, Work Session and Gala Dinner
The fifth day of the Retreat began with the team heading to the gym after breakfast. After a great session together, they spent another productive co-working session exerting themselves together. At the end of the fifth day, they expressed how much stronger the team bonds had become compared to the first day. This led to new ideas emerging, and made work progress much more easily because the team worked better together, and thus the participants began to enjoy their work more.
Thanks to the experience of Midstay’s professional team and Ntegrity’s participatory spirit, they gathered together at a gala dinner to celebrate their strengthened team bonds, commemorate their progress, and reward their renewed vision.
The team sang songs together and met people from Bali’s unique culture, learning their authentic dances. The Gala Dinner gave them an unforgettable experience to finish off the day.
Day 6: Work Session and Dinner at Seagrass by the Beach
After the gala dinner, the sixth day of the Retreat was more relaxed. It was a day filled with conversation about the experiences shared by the team. The working sessions were productive and successful. In the evening, they dined on delicious meals prepared by Seagrass’s experienced chefs, accompanied by Bali’s breathtaking nature and stunning views by the sea.
Day 7: Time to Say Goodbye
The breakfast was full of joy and pleasant conversation and the participants were safely transported to the airport.
What Was the Impact of the Retreat?
This Team Retreat was tailored specifically for Ntegrity after carefully listening to their specific needs. It successfully fulfilled one of the team’s most important objectives: strengthening interdepartmental bonds, renewing trust through collaboration, and understanding and embracing the company’s strategic plan.
Following this seven-day Retreat spent together, the team made noticeable progress in communication, teamwork, and sharing company strategy. By exceeding the 2-minute self-introduction limit in online meetings, the team began asking each other questions, learning what each other liked and disliked, and thus the team’s working harmony changed completely in a positive direction.
