Day 1: Monday, July 22, 2024 – Arrival & Ice-Breaker
Participants were greeted upon arrival in Fiji with a convenient airport transfer at Viti Levu’s hotel. Exploring luxury accommodations gave them some time to settle in and soak in the new surroundings.
It officially kicked off with a fun icebreaker activity designed to help team members bond and start building relationships. Day 2: Tuesday, July 23, 2024 – Free Time & Midstay’s Workshop
Day two began with optional meditation and a group breakfast. After breakfast, participants were free to explore the island or enjoy the facilities of the hotel. The hotel served a busy lunch, serving a variety of delicious dishes. The afternoon featured a Midstay Business Workshop, led by a certified speaker. Participants chose from topics such as innovation, leadership, or sales strategy. This workshop provided valuable insights and skills relevant to their professional development.
The day ended with a sunset cocktail and a beachfront BBQ dinner. This relaxed and informal setting allowed team members to continue networking and enjoying each other’s company in a beautiful coastal environment.
Day 3: Wednesday, July 24, 2024 – Adventure, Bonding & Free Time
Day 3 started with an optional beach excursion and a group breakfast. Participants had two interesting options for touring:
Option A: ATV Quad Bike and Zip Line Adventure Tour: Explore Robinson Crusoe Island with jungle sailing, cultural activities, local buffet lunch, and Fijian dancing.
Option B: Mamanuka Island Tour: Enjoy a cruise on a high-speed catamaran overlooking popular resorts, coral reefs and blue lagoons.
After a late lunch, contributors had time to relax or explore the hotel centers. In the evening, the group came to dinner at a neighborhood eating place, which gave them a true enjoy of Fijian cuisine and an opportunity to study the local delicacies.
Day 4: Thursday, July 25, 2024 – Cultural Tour & Internal Workshop
Day 4 started with another yoga session and a typical breakfast. Participants went on a Nadi history and cultural tour, visiting a Hindu temple, local markets, and gardens with sleeping giants.
The tour also includes a visit to the historic Fiji Village and the local church. Following the tour, participants enjoyed a communal lunch before attending an internal Infosect workshop focused on the company’s mission and vision.
The day concluded with a farewell party with live music, an awards ceremony to recognize the club’s achievements, and the option of a dance floor to celebrate the end of retirement
Day 5: Friday, July 26, 2024 – Review & Departure
The final day began with a team breakfast and review session to discuss the impact of the withdrawals and discuss key takeaways. After checking out of the hotel, participants enjoyed a final lunch before being transferred to the airport for departure.
